Chapter Chat

 This week we started chapter chat for the book Wink. The main character in wink has a eye cancer the main characters name is Ross. I drew a panic meter because in the book he said in his head that it would be greatn if the docter had a panic meter and pointed to how freaked out he should be.

Whetu Challenge

For Whetu Challenge we had to make a cartoon for the cartoon we did Sponge Bob from Sponge Bob I did Plankton. 

The most challenging part was tracing the outline because I kept double clicking so the lines kept stopping and then I had to do it all over again.

 

I worked with Marley,Kingston,Johan,Desmond and Darius to make our scene.

I enjoyed making the eye because it was super easy to make.

I was in my learning constellation group Rafiki to make this.

Egg Drop Challenge

This is my Egg Drop Challenge.

To make my creation I used tape, straws, newspaper, wool, an old sock, and balloons.

The part I enjoyed the most was creating protection for the egg so it wont crack when we drop it.

I worked with Owen, and OJ to create our egg protection

Term 2 Reflection

The new learning activity that I have enjoyed the most this term is Maths Mystery because I liked solving the clues and it was fun trying to get the right answer and find out who the thief was.

Something that has challenged me this term has been the word of the week because it was really hard to figure out what the words meant.

The Whetu Challenge I enjoyed the most was the Egg Cartons because it was fun to cut out the pieces for my egg carton creation and I liked painting the egg cartons.

The opt-in workshop I enjoyed the most was Dance because when my cousin started doing dance I wanted to do it because I could watch videos of her dancing and I really like dancing.

An aim I have for my learning is the blog challenge because it takes me too much time to finish.
