Maths Mystery Week 9

This week for maths mystery I worked with Jolie, and OJ. It was really easy to do and we finished it really quick. But we didn't know some parts but we figured it out. It was really fun to do it with my friends and we worked most of it out really quickly and fast. I liked doing Clue 5 because we could make a path to find what the culprits favourite topping is and I liked making the lines for the path. The most challenging clue to do for me was clue three because I didn't know what to do at first but then I figured it out after a while.  

Blog Challenge

This is my blog challenge I made an avatar for my future me. I really like to cook so I help Mum or Dad make dinner as much as I can. I like to travel a lot even though I get car sick but Mum said I won't get car sick that much when I'm older. I also like travelling with my cousin or going to see my cousin so I plan on travelling a lot of places with my cousin.

Week 9 Sick Sentence's

This is my Sick sentences and instead of a fish it was a Owl. It was really fun to do and the thing was the same except with a Owl. Its about nouns and adjective again vbh. My favourite part this time was the adjectives because it was really easy to do for me.

Tennis Ball Tower.

Tennis Ball Tower Challenge

Today for our Whetu Challenge we worked in a group to build a tower out of newspaper, 2 straws and sellotape. We needed to make our tower strong enough to hold a tennis ball and be able to stand alone (not leaning on anything or needing support).

Today I worked with OJ and Owen.

At first we had trouble with making it stable.

The easiest thing was rolling up the newspaper to make the tower tall.

The best part of our tower was it was pretty tall.

Our tower looked not that great because it had a lot of tape and a lot of the tape was bunched up.

We didn’t think it would be more than 50cm tall but it was!

In the end our tower was 80cm tall!

This is my other blog challenge of my dog.

Sick Sentences

This is my sick sentences and we have to put naming words for the picture on the slide. There is
also describing words that we have to write for the same picture and then 'sick' sentences. It took a while to finish it. My favourite part was the 'sick' sentences where you had to look at the sentence and change it so its a better sentence then it was before. The slide that took me the most time to do was the nouns and the slide that took the least time to do was the 'sick' sentences but the last sentence took a while to do.
